Royal Trinity Hospice OOH campaign

Making a local impact with out-of-home advertising

When Royal Trinity Hospice wanted to strengthen its local presence and connect with more people across South London, MEERKATworks helped make it happen. By planning and delivering a targeted out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaign, we ensured their message was seen in the right places, by the right people, at the right time.

Local targeting, meaningful results

This campaign was built around a hyperlocal strategy. We focused on areas surrounding Royal Trinity Hospice’s shops, including Balham, Clapham South, Wandsworth and Clapham Common. These are neighbourhoods with strong footfall, engaged residents, and communities that care.

By using formats like 4-sheet posters and Lift and Escalator Panels (LEPs) in local tube stations and high-traffic areas, the campaign was able to cut through the noise. These placements weren’t just visible – they were unmissable.

The creative was rooted in a bold, compassionate message: a reminder that hospice care is about more than end-of-life support. It’s about living well, with dignity and kindness. Our goal was to show people how their support, whether through shopping, donating or leaving a gift in their will, can help make that possible.

OOH formats offered the perfect canvas for this kind of storytelling. Visually powerful and contextually placed, the campaign encouraged passers-by to stop, think and take action.

Royal Trinity Hospice was part of a wider campaign involving hospices across London. Together, they aimed to reshape public perceptions of hospice care and highlight the importance of legacy giving. MEERKATworks played a key role in helping Royal Trinity Hospice align with this bigger message while keeping their own local audience front and centre.
