A retrospective of year 6 – 2011

2011 was the year that we started our long term collaboration with Chestnut Tree House and St Barnabas House Hospice in Worthing. We also cut our MEERKAT molars on our first Business-to-Business event, when Reed Exhibitions asked us to promote FOODEX to people working in the Food and Milk industry.


Norwegian Airlines have grown substantially over the last 8 years but back in 2011, when we were asked to pitch for business, they were still relatively unknown. We won the pitch for media and creative, and executed a broad-ranging and highly effective campaign across The Times, The Telegraph, The Evening Standard and The Metro, supplemented by outdoor advertising across the London Underground and train networks. The icing on the cake that year was buying a Ski Sunday promotion on Magic FM – have you ever tried to hum the Ski Sunday theme tune? Try it, go on, bet you can’t hit all the notes…


Other exciting projects involved introducing the Tune Hotel Group into the UK, with launches up in Edinburgh and London, and planning and buying a series of radio promotions for Denmark Tourist Board.
