Types of Data We Collect
We collect data on our users with their explicit consent OR where it has been provided voluntarily. Below are three circumstances in which data collection can occur on our website:

1) Google Analytics

When you first arrive on our website you will be asked if you accept the use of the Google Analytics tracking cookie.

IF you accept then a small file is saved to your device that stores information about your visit. This information includes approximate geographical location, anonymised IP address, device, internet browser, web pages visited on and for how long.

We do not process this information to identify individual users or to match it with further data on an individual user. Rather, we use this information in order to understand and improve upon the user experience on our website.

2) Contact Form Submission

If you would like to get in touch with us for any reason you have an opportunity to do so via submitting a contact form. This form requests information such as your full name, email address, phone number.

Submitted form information will be securely stored on our private server supplied by WPEngine. A copy will also be sent to which is securely provided by Google.

We use this information for the sole purpose of responding to your request.

How long is your personal information kept?
We retain your purchase information for a maximum of 6 years in order to comply with accountancy rules.

Non-purchase communications such as contact form submissions that disclose personal information will be routinely purged once a quarter.

Access to your personal information
You can delete the data we hold on you at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officers:
