Target Area – Across the 3 counties of Kent, Surrey and Sussex

Activity – Multi platform campaign across  ITV (Linear & Digital TV), Programmatic, OOH, Digital Audio, Digital creative + Production, TV/Video creative and Production, Audio branding

Results – 68% overdelivery across programmatic, 4% on ITVX, 23% on digital audio and 9% OOH

The MEERKATs are generally fans of standing on terra firma but the high flying, life-saving work of KSS has long inspired us. So, we were delighted to plan and implement a highly successful 6-month multi platform advertising campaign for this vital ambulance charity.

The pacing of the campaign ensured not only good frequency across media – TV, Digital Audio and Programmatic – but also precise impact with, for example, targeted outdoor (OOH) activity around Brighton Marathon.

Programmatic activity was a tailored blend of YouTube and Programmatic video running alongside standard banners. The creative generated insights and learnings, allowing MEERKAT’s weekly reports to provide up-to-date understanding and ongoing optimisation based on the vital “who, what and where” of audience engagement.

The campaign video featured bespoke music which was written and produced by MEERKATworks to uniquely reflect the KSS brand. The video ran across ITV linear and ITV Hub within the geo-targeted area to achieve targeted coverage across all 3 counties.

Throughout the planning, production and execution of the KSS charity advertising campaign, the MEERKATs were able to draw on their extensive media and creative prowess to effectively build brand awareness and greater understanding of the critical care the charity provides.
