Activity – OOH and Radio sponsorship
The MEERKATs are fans of being on the move and visiting different places, both in the UK and round the world. We especially love dipping our paws into sand, but we’re also partial to a wide variety of different landscapes, and of course experiencing regional food and local music. So, we were very excited to learn about the dramatic terrain and rich culture of Louisiana and to have the opportunity to work with Louisiana Office of Tourism.
Louisiana/ TTM
Our media planning and buying concentrated on outdoor and radio. We included travel advertising posters, with 4 sheets and TCPs across the London Southeast Network. We also bought eye-catching taxi advertising in London. Our taxi wraps showcased the diversity of Louisiana, from the Mardi Gras celebrations to a variety of stunning natural beauty spots. As part of our service, MEERKAT facilitated personalised PR trips in the taxis for delegates at key events.
Finally, MEERKATworks negotiated a bespoke sponsorship of the Jazz FM Awards 2021 in London, at which Louisianan, Jon Batiste, won soul act of the year and album of the year.
